raiding reinforced composited tube is three layers structure. The inner and outer layers are made of Polymer (PE,PVC,PA,PU etc), and the middle layer is mainly made of fiber braiding reinforced net. 1. Braided tube making flow chart as follow:

Stage 1: Inner tube extrusion

    Inner Material extrusion → Tube die  → Cooling  → Pulling → inner tube reeling

Stage 2: Braiding

    Inner tube unreeling → Braiding → braided tube reeling

Stage 3: Outer tube coated extrusion

    Braided tube unreeling → Outer Material extrusion → Tube coated die → Cooling → Pulling → final tube reeling
